Alex joined Nash Johnston LLP after articling at a prominent regional firm in Vancouver. He has experience in a broad range of areas including commercial disputes, insurance litigation and defamation claims. Alex has appeared on behalf of clients in the British Columbia Supreme Court and the British Columbia Provincial Court. Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Victoria with a focus on English and History. While attending law school at the University of Windsor, he volunteered at a legal aid clinic where he assisted clients with a range of legal issues. Alex has co-authored a paper on trade-mark issues in B.C.’s wine industry and contributed to an article about insurance law in the maritime context.
