Professional Experience
Mr. Yule has significant experience practising in the area of civil litigation, including commercial and insurance litigation, class actions, product liability and personal injury claims. He has acted as co-counsel for defendants in price-fixing and securities related class actions and has a significant interest in alternative methods of dispute resolution, particularly mediation.
Professional and Community Involvement
Mr. Yule is a Past President of the CoRe Conflict Resolution Society, a non-profit organization with a dual mandate to provide dispute resolution services to members of the community who cannot otherwise access such services, and to provide a forum for University of British Columbia law students to develop their skills in mediation.
Mr. Yule is a former member of the Canadian Men’s Field Hockey Team, and has played in over 40 international matches throughout the world.
