Professional Experience

Ms. Bruneau has over 15 years of experience in civil litigation during which she has acted for a wide range of clients in virtually all areas of the law. Her extensive litigation experience includes the defence of personal injury and professional negligence claims with a particular focus on claims against physicians and surgeons. Her practice has also involved the defence of class action lawsuits in the areas of product liability and health law. She has substantial trial experience before both juries and judges, and has acted as counsel in numerous multi-party mediations in medical negligence, personal injury and insurance matters.


Professional Involvement

Prior to joining Nash Johnston LLP, Ms. Bruneau practiced for many years with Harper Grey LLP in Vancouver in the areas of Insurance Law, Health Law, Commercial Litigation and Class Actions.

Ms. Bruneau is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (British Columbia Branch), and a member of the Civil Litigation Section.
